Multimedia presentation
The goal was to bring attention to the CMS quality measures and the ongoing efforts to help medical providers improve their performance.
Challenge
The subject matter experts wanted to cover as many measures as possible, even if it meant the webinar ran for two hours. I proposed an approach that focuses on the job aids created for the measures and demonstrates how they can help solve quality issues.
Tools used: PowerPoint and Vyond
Design
I developed a multimedia session that uses stories and audience interactions. The video vignettes describe key details of the quality measures in an engaging way. The simple slide design and variation in activity help the audience pay attention.
