The goal was to bring attention to the CMS quality measures and the ongoing efforts to help medical providers improve their performance.
Challenge
The discussion of tips for success in quality measures can be a bit dry. Previous versions amounted to a series of lists. I proposed a multimedia approach to help keep the audience engaged.

Design
I developed a multimedia session that uses stories and audience interactions. The video vignettes describe key details of the quality measures in an engaging way. The simple slide design and variation in activity help the audience pay attention.
